This issue of Salsola Chronicle includes the writings of Jason Houge, Barbara Justice, Casey Fletcher and special features Jacqulyn Jahnke.

More than just a catalogue or ephemeral exhibition guide, this issue of Salsola Chronicle is the centerpiece for The Westlands exhibition! The newspaper features the writings and photographs of the artist, Jason Houge, as well as entries and articles by other artists and his co-explorers during the 2023/24 expeditions. The paper features journal entries made by Houge during this time to provide deep context as well as his immediate thoughts, musings, and changes in understanding as the journey progressed.

The Future of Salsola Chronicle
Jason has always kept a journal and the Salsola Chronicle will now feature these entries as his work progresses into the future.
